This wonderfully modern home is situated on the slopes of the Hottentots Holland mountain range, overlooking the aqua blue waters of False Bay, right across to Table Mountain and Cape of Good Hope in the distance.

Built on three levels, you enter and walk up one level to find the open plan living, dining, kitchen and balconies. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, state of the art coffee machine and sea views! The dining table seats 8 guests, and the balcony has a built in braai.

The living room offers Big Screen smart TV, where you are welcome to watch Netflix or log into your own DSTV account. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The house is considered ‘Earth Friendly’ and offers filtered mountain water supply and full Solar support. It is completely independent from the grid with a big (10 KW) battery for night time and cloudy days.

The top floor has 3 bedrooms all with sea views and queen size beds. The master bedroom has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, the guest bedrooms share a private bathroom.

Access to the well protected, extremely private and peaceful pool area is off the bedroom level. Here you can enjoy shade, a cool dip in the plunge pool which is solar heated between 24 and 30 degrees in autumn and winter (depending on the sun and if it’s covered at night)

Enjoy outdoor dining at the tucked away ‘social table’ or just lounge around on the pool loungers. This area is quite protected from the wind, and adds great value to your holiday!

Please Note: A once off exit clean fee of R800 (for full house) is payable upon invoice. A free weekly clean and linen change is offered for bookings 8 days or more. Should you require a clean during your stay, please inform the office 48h prior.
