This upstairs loft apartment is situated in the heart of the village, a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The property offers views of the Gordons Bay village, the False Bay Ocean, and the family-friendly Main Swimming beach. The property is framed by Table Mountain across the Bay and The Helderberg mountain range to the west. Gordons Bay is famous for dramatic sunsets, and there is no better place to enjoy a sundowner, than at The Loft on Berg.

The Loft offers 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, ample wardrobe space for long stay guests, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The apartment is furnished with modern contemporary furniture and the kitchen is well-appointed with all you need for delicious meal preparation. An added feature is most certainly the indoor braai/BBQ, which allows you to cook on an open flame, without being affected by the weather.

In case of SA load shedding or power cut the loft has electricity, but not all units and plugs. The battery has 10 KWH, and all connected units have electricity for 8 hours. Lights, alarm, television, air conditioner, and internet.
