Gordon’s Bay is the start of the Whale Route to Hermanus. Follow the R44S in the direction of Kleinmond and just outside Gordon’s Bay is your first stop to view over False Bay and Gordon’s Bay and you can be lucky to spot the Dolphins and Whales. The whale season is between June and December every year.
Named after Monica Miles, there is the Whale Walk structure made from a natural product, namely sugar gum, an extremely durable and long-lasting wood, sourced locally.
The Whale Lookout Point is the start of the Whale Route from Gordon’s Bay.
